Mirrored Soul is a monster-collecting RPG where no two monsters are alike.
Part noir, part fantasy, and part buddy comedy, Mirrored Soul takes heavily after the JRPGs of old. The story stars out-of-practice detective Cecel and his mysterious feline sidekick Spot, named for his single, unblinking eye. Traverse dimensions, recruit monsters or shake 'em down for information, take down the armies of the shadowy Mirrorlord -- and maybe do some sleuthing here and there.

- A "monster fusion" mechanic in which players can combine two of their creatures into a new one which inherits skills from each of their movesets.

Looks good, amusing writing, awesome monster designs, and a battle system that's simple with some little twists. Making a detective the main character was a very unusual but fun idea for this kind of game. I recommend giving it a try!
I absolutely love this game, the mixture between earthbound and smt is genius. This game actually helped me out during a time where I wasn't doing to well, and gave me something to distract myself. I've actually made the wiki for this game, and while at the time of writing this it isn't fully complete, I'm getting very close.

Very funny script. Deserves a lot more love. If you like SMT mechanics you'll enjoy this.
The unloved(?) edgy bastard child of Earthbound and Shin Megami Tensei. In a good way. For as unoriginal as that sounds, the execution is extremely good and a lot of thought has clearly been put into almost every aspect. The humor is on point (but it's also probably not everybody's sense of humor if you get what I mean.) All in all, worth ten bucks.
Hell it has a demo. Just download that, be charmed and invested in the game, and then buy it already. Creature collecting with a side of dry humor and sarcasm. You WILL be entertained.
