Piñata

Piñata is not really a game. It's a VR exclusive demo/joke where you get to beat a piñata with a variety of objects in VR. That's all there is to it, there's no game loop or anything. It's simply not a game in the traditional sense. This seems to have been made a VR exclusive to prevent any comparison with non-VR 3D games, a comparison that this game would fail very badly at. Developers must learn that while VR is great, if the only thing that makes the game great is the VR, then the game isn't great at all. Imagine a game so bad that it was made VR exclusive, in the hopes that would prevent people playing it and comparing it to professionally developed games. The demo is buggy and doesn't work well with many VR headset types. While this is free, it's not really a game and doesn't offer any significant value or interest to serious PC gamers, and can't be recommended.

This is a game, about killing a pinata. and it's the greatest thing I have ever played. Nothing will every top this.

It's funny for like 5 seconds, but at the end of the day it's another vr fossil with a janky interaction base and vive wands for hands. Sorry time treated you this way Pinata. 2/10
