A fundamental misunderstanding of what makes a game fun

Game was really interesting as were the stories. It kept me playing to find out more about what was happening with the SCP's. My only suggestion would be to add a bit more skill to the game so it doesn't feel as much like I'm playing through a set story but I actually have options and can fail at tasks. Mini games were cool but lacked any level of difficulty. I'd love to play more but with an added level of difficulty so it feels more of an accomplishment when completing a level. Thanks!

Good game, lays a series of short stories out for you so you can get the feel of what SCP is.

The concept is interesting, but honestly, the game just felt a bit tedious and kind of boring. And now I come back to see it's been removed from the store entirely. Oh well. 5/10

The game is delisted so this review is somewhat meaningless now but I think it's fair to say the game is worth getting a key for since the stories all have their own unique charm and reason for existing and, if you can ignore garbage unobtainable achievements and some of the worst chase sequences I've ever seen in any game, the game does exactly what it set out to do and if it ever receives any sort of DLC (it probably won't at this point) then I would be perfectly happy to support it as this game deserves the title of a good SCP game from me.

6.9 A really decent foray into a few short stories featuring different SCP's with different methods of approaching them. The worst part of this is that it's no longer purchasable. I'm not very well knowledged with SCP's and most of them that got popular were generally things like the peanut, plague-doctor or the endless stairs etc. So it is pretty refreshing to have just a few different stories that focus on other SCP's I didn't really google/check the SCP's as they were named, but afterwards I checked one or two out and they seemed to mostly align with their pages on the main database etc. Only really one story has the atmosphere of 'horror' but a couple of them delve into aspects involving I guess forms of body horror and such too. The portrayal of each story is the main grasp for me with this. With generally each story being told in a different way with different styles. Quite a majority are just pages detailing the SCP, experiments and such which does feel taken or extracted a bit too directly from the main wiki.
