The visitors to the cemetery change with the hour of the day and the season of the year, and on some special days they get up to unique activities. It's more of a meditative experience than a game per se, but I'm glad to have experienced it over the course of the last year. The team that made this have great talent for pulling emotion from a few words and pixels. I miss the days that open world games put this level of care into their environments. It's not the sort of thing that everyone will enjoy but I'm glad it's here. It's free so value isn't really a question, just time. I found it worthwhile.4 found this helpful
There’s a quiet that settles in your chest, where grief and gratitude sit together without arguing. You miss them in a way that still feels physical, like something just out of reach, but it’s softened by the strange warmth of having known them at all ... of having been loved, and having loved back.3 found this helpful
It took me a long while to complete this game, but not because it has a lot of content to get through, simply because the achievements are date related and I had to play it on those days specifically. I like the atmosphere of the cemetery you can explore, an atmosphere that changes with the season (as the name implies) and certain special dates or holidays. There's not much to do other than walk around and talk to some NPCs, but it's pretty cozy for a game about a cemetery. Give it a try.2 found this helpful
This game is calm and peaceful. It's fun to be nosey and talk to the people in the cemetery (all unique, so far!) and read the tombstones. The weather will be random as well. The game isn't about completing anything or a goal, which is nice. It just *is*. I admit, I usually sign in, look around, talk to any people, and read a tombstone before leaving. It's only like 3 minutes, but it's nice. A little brain floss. The game looks good, too.1 found this helpful
as someone who has a dog called Rufus when i got to the pet section and saw the Grave for Rufus i ugly cried instantly whoever made this game i hate you (i dont really this is a beautiful game but OUCH)
