About Space Game: Star We There Yet?
Welcome to “Star We There Yet?”, a game about traveling the cosmos, collecting extraordinary crew, and battling with friends and foes alike in exciting merge-conflict matchups! Engaging!
A wholesome mix of idle “Catch Some Zs” gameplay and “Catch Them All” combat, “S.We.T.Y?” features a huge cast of loveable and loathsome characters, faster-than-light space travel set to a slower-than-slight soundtrack, and tons of intriguing destinations to discover and then immediately leave behind.
Fun to play for five minutes or five hours, it’s the perfect game to play in between other more demanding games!
“Star We There Yet?” is a fresh and flavorful blend of different game styles, with a little something for everyone. When fully operational, it will allow players to battle across platforms and continents and probably solar systems eventually.
What are you waiting for? Play Space Game: Star We There Yet? and set a course for adventure! (And cosmic horror. As previously mentioned.)

Featuring:
- A cast of 65 characters to collect, each with their own special abilities and winning personalities. Just so many personalities.
- A relaxing (and oddly addicting) idle space travel experience. Crank the cosmic-y tunes and tap your ship to get up to max speed. Or just use the auto-tappers. That’s what they’re for.
- Hundreds of stories and Missions for your crew, as they encounter black holes, super novae, hostile aliens, evil twins, space cows, hair stylists, cosmic horrors, and Larry.
- A unique Merge PVP battle mode, with highly advanced turn-based combat. Merge ships together to form your fleet, deploy them to attack your enemies, or activate your Crew’s special abilities!
- Basically unlimited planets and star systems to explore. Well not really - but there’s a lot. Space is big! It’s right there in the name.
- A super chill soundtrack that will make the lightyears roll by in a contented vibe.
- Optional in-game purchases can boost your progress (and feed our artists), but the game is completely do-able Free To Play. Just like a real post-scarcity futuristic society!
Before I played Space Game: Star We There Yet?, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
3 found this helpful
I like this game. I really do like this game. Even in early access it shows potential. The artstyle is nice. A rather simple one but most if not all the characters are easily distinguishable. The chibi/bobblehead look fits the crew. The story (not yet complete but slowly the plot elements are being included in the form of cutscenes) is quite amusing, definitely not serious but not overly infused with humor, a pleasant balance. As any idle game there is this one requires you to play for a bit, leave and then return the next day to get the offline profits, finish missions and so on. Upgrading can be a bit slow but eventually the award debris you get every once in a while is going to allow you to get a sizeable boost. I enjoyed the battles, after a few trial and error attempts in Practice Mode I got a hang of it. Match three mechanic is not something often used in a way that goes beyond "match three or more elements, gain score, get more score than opponent" in online matches. There aren't many online opponents but after the devs launch the mobile version I am sure there will be more. The crew members are varied when it comes to their special abilities and they can be made into f…2 found this helpful
Fun little take on Clicker/Idle and Match 3 games. The basic premise is to travel from planet to planet, clicking and buying idler upgrades to speed you along. Send your crew members on away missions or to perform shipboard tasks, and when there's nothing else to do, there's a different take on a Match 3 game where you upgrade spaceships and then launch your fleet against the enemy. A variety of different commanders add some strategic elements to the Match 3. It's a port over from mobile, so you're not going to be getting much, but you can ignore the pay to win elements in the shop and have fun for a couple days with a cute idler.2 found this helpful
extremely annoying, there are better incrementals out there.2 found this helpful
Warning: Microtransaction infested mobile app
Space Game: Star We There Yet? is one of thousands of nasty mobile apps infesting the "free" section of Steam, but it's not really free. There's only a superficial "game" here. This is a basic cash shop infested mobile app (it's even presented in 9:16 mobile phone ratio... disgustingly lazy PC port). It looks like a simple clicker/idler game, but it's not. It's just a veneer wrapped around a nasty, predatory mobile app cash shop. The true purpose of this mobile app is to get you to hand your credit card details to the greedy mobile devs so you can buy stuff in the nasty cash shop... it's a mobile app cash harvester, and has no place in your game library. You're expected to fork over quite a lot of money to increase the rate at which you gain currency from clicking in this barely-a-game mobile trash. The developers abandoned this 1 year and 7 months ago. It will never be completed. This unfinished game is just polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuinely, completely made games. Despite not being able to finish the game, or even bother with widescreen PC formatting, the developers appare…1 found this helpful
Fun game, simple, needs a few more things to do as I have been playing quite a few days and still have only common crew and common chests1 found this helpful
