Initially I liked the game. It was free and not too bad. But progress is extremely slow unless you spend actual money to get the objectives at a faster pace. The game is also buggy. Sometimes the mechanics don't work, or the menus disappear leaving no choice but to force quit and come back in. I had one experience with the Chef's Challenge (apparently it doesn't come around very often), and when I got to Day 4, I don't know what happened, but I lost all my progress and collected keys, and had to start again from scratch, which didn't bode well because I'd already spent all of my resources to get that far, and would not have been able to meet the objectives again without spending money. So if you don't mind playing a buggy, very slow game that bombards you with opportunities to spend real cash, then go ahead. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.2 found this helpful
The game itself is awesome. If you're into free games this one isn't for you. I put several hundred hours into this waste of time. When you get to higher levels the payment per order drops to nearly nothing. I've been working my a22 off for around 4 months to buy the fryer and i'm a little over halfway there. It's an irritation for sure. It's really fun for a few months but then you plateau and can't get anywhere without sending money. Seriously? Like real groceries aren't too damned expensive now you want to bleed people for digital ones that don't even exist? Uninstalling.

Мне особенно нравится детализация блюд – выглядит аппетитно, аж слюнки текут! Однако, есть и минусы. Временами игра становится довольно "гриндной", то есть требует много времени на выполнение повторяющихся действий для получения ресурсов. Также, внутриигровые покупки могут серьёзно ускорить прогресс, что создаёт некоторое ощущение "pay-to-win". В целом, Star Chef предлагает интересный и затягивающий геймплей, особенно для любителей кулинарных игр и менеджмента. Несмотря на некоторые недостатки, игра стоит того, чтобы в нее поиграть и попробовать себя в роли шеф-повара и ресторатора. Главное – запастись терпением и, возможно, аппетитом!
