Pretty much the best release of StarControl, hands down, in my opinion. Exploration, conflict, hillarious situations, and of course, the UrQuan back again to make problems!1 found this helpful
9 year old me was so proud I figured this game out and beat it. It was one of the first PC games I played. I haven't tried the others Star Control games but I will! This one is a banger.1 found this helpful
This game would have been a complete failure without the previous Star Control 2. It massively capitalises and copy&pastes from his predecessor. It is bugged heavily and you can get stuck very easy. The only solution is a complete restart with no guarantee that you wont get stuck again because of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ scribted time dependant events. The colony building system doesn't work either, the new colonies don't produce anything at all even if you haul 100ks of RUs to them and build them up completely. Summary is this game should have never been released in this state at all and the bugs should have been fixed many years ago. It is just a waste of time and money. DON'T BUY THIS CRAP! Go play SC2 ot SC: Origins instead.1 found this helpful
I play hell starting this game due to Steam starting when you start the game! Clicking does noting until you close steam. Steam should of done better than this! Always having to login to play. I mean come on man!
more guess work than I like, but good story and characters. Glad I finally beat this after decades.
