a wonderful sequel to a wonderful game, submerged 2 continues the essence of the first and everything that made the original a masterpiece!! nature keeps enchanting, its beautiful to see the aquatic animals across the ocean while you sail your little boat through the flooded city. the scenery is jaw-dropping, even more beautiful than the predecessor and the gameplay remains fun and casual. The story is acceptable but not the focus of the game, the main thing is to go on an adventure and explore the whole flooded region while interacting with sea creatures and discovering hidden secrets through the ruins of what used to be a city inhabited by humans!!21 found this helpful
A relaxing exploration game with a beautiful atmosphere, but the gameplay is simply too easy. The puzzles barely qualify as puzzles, the climbing is very linear, and movement feels slow with no sprint option. Exploration rarely feels rewarding, and the clunky boat controls make it even less enjoyable. The character also sometimes gets stuck while walking, as if there's an invisible obstacle in the way. For such a short game, it still becomes repetitive surprisingly quickly. If you've played a lot of exploration games, there's very little here that feels new or memorable. It's a chill game, but not necessarily a fun one.2 found this helpful

Just like the first game, I quite enjoyed myself. Definitely a longer run this time around, so that is appreciated. While the mechanics were pretty much almost the same as in the first game, this one was still different in its own way and enriched with something extra. It was also nice to be able to scout some of the places with the brother as well, just a little switch of the character. There probably won't be another game into the series, but I'd most likely get it, too if there were. It was a fun, relaxing ride.
