About Survivors SymphonYs

In Survivors SymphonYs, the tree at the center has to be protected. Its roots weave SymphonY patterns, from the depths of the earth through time and space – the source of your magic. Therefore, your weapons are musical instruments, and your attack patterns based on music. Each combination of instruments creates a musical variation, leading to over 28 million possible scores. The better your instruments harmonize, the more SymphonY you accumulate, the higher the tempo of the music, and the more damage you deal. Dash to the rhythm of the music for additional strength, to break bones, activate special attacks, and reflect bullets.

Explore and Defend

Your goal is to survive for four days, protect the tree at the center of your base, and descend into the well of darkness to confront the evil in the abyss. Explore five hand-crafted levels filled with over 150 unique monsters, and listen for new musicians to aid your cause. But beware: while carving your path through hordes of enemies, your base will also be attacked by the evil lurking in the well. This calls for tough decisions: do you level your weapons or the defenders in your base? Do you keep exploring to gain more experience, or warp back to defend? Do you sacrifice your health to clear the base, or will that lead to an even quicker death?                                                                            Warp back and clear the base.

Build your Base

Level up your stats, abilities, and buildings in between runs. Play all found musicians and assign them to buildings – to defend, raise stats and unlock new abilities! Each musician has different effects on the buildings.                                                Assign musicians to buildings.

Other Features:

  • Unlock 33 musicians and their weapons, 22 talismans, and 11 buildings
  • Special sound system synchronizes sound effects with the music of your weapons
  • Multi-level-up-system reduces flow breaks
  • Speed Mode
  • Special Vehicles

Survivors SymphonYs is a frantic and visually explosive bullet-heaven roguelite that combines nonstop enemy swarms, rapid progression systems, and rhythm-inspired presentation into an addictive survival experience. Developed by Surfin Bird, the game follows the now-familiar formula popularized by titles like Vampire Survivors, but it injects enough personality through its music-focused atmosphere and energetic pacing to feel more distinctive than many other entries in the genre. The result is a game built entirely around escalation, where weak beginnings slowly evolve into overwhelming storms of projectiles, explosions, and synchronized destruction. The core gameplay structure is immediately recognizable. Players select a character, survive against endless enemy waves, collect experience gems, and continuously upgrade weapons and abilities during increasingly chaotic runs. What makes Survivors SymphonYs stand out is the speed at which everything escalates. Enemy counts rise rapidly, upgrades arrive frequently, and builds begin transforming into absurd combinations much earlier than in many similar roguelites. The game constantly feeds players new abilities and stronger effects, cr…
