The Dragon Queen

I would like to play the game, but I can't get it to save, when I try to save it I get a save error, then end of file. Then it closes out. Can anyone help?

It's a cute, VERY SHORT game. Is it worth the 9.99? No, i'd wait for it to go on sale. There isn't much guidance on where to go or what to do but then again you don't really need any since it's a very basic game and you will figure it out on your own easily. I accidently (no guide) started in the hardest area and realized this when the other areas got easier and easier. Wasn't an issue at all but made me chuckle. The story was basic/simple. Not much character development. You can't talk to all of the npc's and there was one chest I couldn't figure out how to get to but it didn't really matter since... the game is VERY EASY. I had no troubles at all. There is no tutorial in the game. You can move with point n click or your arrow keys on computer. Esc or X key opens up menu. To open doors, click on them with cursor. There are no options for key binds that i could see so it's mostly arrow keys and mouse clicking. You couldn't open up all the doors in the game which was kinda sad but not a big deal. Took me 7 hours. Could have really used a map. And a bit too easy like most of these games. But I enjoyed it. Decent turn-based RPG

This is a very simple and mostly boring RPG Maker game, where it's obvious that little effort was put into its development. The world, which once again needs saving, is very, very small and consists of only a few villages. The NPCs encountered there are merely window dressing and mostly say nothing. There are, however, two side quests, which are just as boring as the rest of the game. The game itself... well, don't be fooled by the claim that it's 15-20 hours long... I reached the end in under 6 hours, and I wasn't even rushing. There's no grinding. There are no monsters on the small overworld, and those in the dungeons disappear forever once defeated. The dungeons themselves are a prime example of boredom. Endless corridors that offer little to no variety. This is also where one of the mechanics designed to artificially lengthen the game comes into play... there's no way to move. Your party trudges along at a snail's pace. And...GREAT, once you've defeated the dungeon's boss, you get to sneak through an empty dungeon to the exit. Very exciting.
