Touhou: Gensokyo Survivors

Simple but cute sprite-work and pixel art with a game that has a really interesting twist on the Survivors formula using a very beloved IP with hundreds of potential characters and moves and abilities and locales. Unfortunately, the execution is very shallow. Put a little over an hour into it and seen basically all there is. New characters unlock with coins but don't change much besides base stats and starting item. Could have leaned into the item management and had different characters have different shaped Gaps or unique spell cards to utilize per character. Also next to no danmaku, despite having a button that is designed for dodging danmaku. This would be where I would give a mid thumb if it was possible. It's not bad, it's just very sparse. A good idea that needed more time in the kitchen. I'd say you get what you pay for, but HoloCure does 1,000 times more for free. Still, if you are dying for a Touhou survivors clone, there are worse ways to spend a dollar. Overall though, I can't recommend it beyond that novelty.

if you like vampire survivors and touhou, this is worth picking up for 1€

The game is pretty buggy losing progress wired aspect ratio slow down ect. But for what you pay for and it's Touhou you can't really complain.
