Another game I only brought because Funhaus played it for their demo disk series.

IDK , It's playing in slow motion for me I thought it was because of the high fps, but I locked it at 60 and it didn't help It requires some extra configuration, and I don't feel like doing that.

[h1] They predicted Agartha in 2008... [/h1] My impressions of the game are somewhat mixed. On the one hand, it has its own visuals, surprisingly well-drawn comics between cutscenes with decent characters (although cliched) and some kind of story. On the other hand, the absolutely terrible shooting physics are like playing Half-Life 1 from 1998. And no, spending experience points on "accuracy" doesn't improve it at all because bullets still fly in all directions but not in the enemy. Movement is also quite poor, everything feels slow and sluggish like hell. The same can be said about AI ​​and level design of some missions, where you'll simply be spammed with grenades or pinned down by the number of enemies. Overall, if you don't mind a little pain from the moral obsolescence of this game, including the first part, then I think a single playthrough is enough for the experience.

The first game was a cheesy slavjank that I've recommended on sale because of it's charm, even tho it was mid at best. This sequel is largely the same but I could kinda call this one good. Overall I liked the levels here more. The difficulty was also better balanced and most importantly, how the two new abilities were handled made the game fun. You can either activate ÜBERSNIPER mode with consecutive headshots that lets you become invincible, have infinite ammo and go bullet-time. Knifing dudes on the other hand, makes you go BERSERK which makes you run around with the knife, getting health back on kills. You can feel like an absolute beast in this game and I like that. Gunplay still also feels pretty solid like the first game. Ragdolls are also fun. Better game than the first one, can be called a good game but still a slavjank in the end of the day and would only recommend on steep discounts.

You can tell, they tried to make the second part more "modern" by using skill points... And i never saw an "Über-Couple" in a game before, very romantic once again, like the first part. All in all, this is still a solid OG shooter, just like the first part.

The first game was fun but the second blows it. The mechanics remain the same including the bullet stopping ability, but with slow movement and poor accuracy it’s hard to really enjoy. Enemies respawn and the game asks you to hold a position all the time. Enemies don’t go down even when I shoot in the face so it ends up a knife combat. Just play the first game and skip this one.
