About Terminus: Zombie Survivors
Survive a procedurally generated zombie apocalypse by managing resources, crafting gear, and strategically spending action points to reach the Terminus or escape by alternate means. Each run is unique with 15 character classes, multiple endings, NPC interactions, and customizable difficulty modifiers to keep the challenge fresh.
EXPLORE A RANDOMLY GENERATED MAP
Each journey for survival is different, as the very city you battle through to survive is procedurally generated. Over 150 different areas are generated, with numerous locations to discover, hundreds of items to scavenge, and endless zombies to evade or fight. No two games are ever the same, but the journey to the Terminus is uniquely challenging each time.BE STRATEGIC IN TURN-BASED PLAY
Choose your next move carefully! Every movement, action, and decision you make deducts from your Action Points (AP). Strategic management of your AP is key to survival. Use too little, and you might not find the resources needed to survive. Use too many, and you may leave yourself open to attack.CRAFT, COOK, AND SURVIVE
Maintain your condition to stay in fighting shape during this apocalypse. Surviving isn't easy—you'll need to eat, sleep, and stay warm. Scavenge for materials to craft tools and weapons, and cook meals to keep your energy up. Every action, from crafting to cooking, directly impacts your chances of survival.FIGHT VARIOUS ZOMBIES
Choose from a vast arsenal of tools and weapons with which to attack the oncoming zombie horde. Pick which parts of the body you want to hit, and experiment with the countless options on offer—if in doubt, remove the head or destroy the brain!EXPERIENCE MULTIPLE ENDINGS
Survive the unending hordes of undead through one of multiple escape scenarios: reach the Terminus safe zone, escape by boat or helicopter, join a group of survivors, or even develop the vaccine!RECRUIT AND TRADE WITH NPCs
Clawing your way across the city, you’ll occasionally encounter other uninfected survivors. Band together with them on your journey, trade goods, or steal their supplies and find your own way to survive the end of the world.DISCOVER YOUR FAVORITE SURVIVOR CLASS
Soldier, police officer, firefighter, farmer—each one will fare differently in an apocalypse, but it’s up to you to discover which one stands the best chance of surviving. Pick from 15 different classes, traits to unlock, and stats to upgrade as you build the ultimate survivor.CUSTOMIZE YOUR SURVIVAL
Use sandbox mode to tailor your survival experience by adjusting settings like spawn rates and resource availability. Try surviving additional game scenarios such as Out of Stock, Crowd, and Frozen Zombies to discover new ways to play Terminus: Zombie Survivors.Terminus: Zombie Survivors — game info

What Steam players say
Recent verbatim reviews from Steam — separate from playze.io community reviews below.
Terminus: Zombie Survivors is a challenging turn-based survival game with solid depth and multiple viable playstyles that clicks once you learn its systems, but players are divided on its difficulty balance. Common praise centers on the strategic gameplay, replayability through different professions, and engaging mechanics, while complaints focus heavily on punishing permadeath moments, brutal resource scarcity early on, and unreasonable grind requirements for alternative victory conditions.
It's a good game, but god. Permadeath is suffering. It's one of Those Games that will just crush you out of nowhere. I got to day 80 trying for the 100 day challenge, I had so much armour on I was overencumbered, I had full night vision, everything, and a Tough Zombie from just outside my vision range had enough AP to enter my range, 3 hit me for 12hp each and take me out. And I even dodged one of the blows. A 50 hour run gone in a single turn. From all my understanding, it shouldn't have been able to do 3 strikes while also moving 4 tiles, but I guess I just got stupid unlucky. I won't be playing it for a while after that. That sucked so bad. I wish I could give both a yes and a no recommendation. To the developers: I would suggest either reducing the amount of swings a Tough Zombie can do per turn (especially considering they can hit for 15!), or making it much more obvious how much of a threat they are (designwise, making them reflect something like the Tank from L4D, since that's statwise what they feel like, hehe - maybe making them louder or more visible too as a result).4 found this helpful
Turn based Survial game.... Manage your action points as your character's food and thirst meter drops every turn. How will you survive? How could you survie the Zombies... what about the humans?1 found this helpful
An unexpected gem, completely unassuming appearance but a solid gameplay with some replayabilty value. Your starting profession can totally change the way you play. At first the highest difficulty seemed impossible to beat but after a few runs and with some extra skill points it turned out to be not that hard. My only complaint about this game is the gap between the standard victory and all other alternatives. Simply reaching Terminus was not a big deal and I was eager to try other ways to win but all of them require absolutely unreasonable amount of grind and luck. Like I've visited 2/3 of the places on the map including all the libraries and churches and still couldn't find all the tomes to learn sailing/helicopter.
once you get how it is played, it clicks and then your dead
its a fun game story is good aswell
Love it. But it is has several modes and the default setting is just ridiculously hard. they need to grant more action points, make travel between map areas cost half the action points, if any. And most of all, They need to give you some sort of starter kit with a bunch more food and water, and make the rate at which you get hungry far lower. I like that there is so much depth and lots to learn and craft, but trying to build up resources when loot doesn't respawn, is basically impossible. You will be encumbered despite having 3 bags but nothing you can eat. It is day 6 of the apocalypse and half the found food will be rotten. Eating it will hurt you faster. you need time to read books, and even sleep, but time you don't have as you are starving. I would like to make a base, scavenge, come home, read books, grow food, craft things etc. , but because resources don't respawn, you will need to be on the constant move, form one house to the next trying to find food. and hopefully not turn a corner with low AP to find a zombie that will mess up your day. Like others have mentioned, this is project zomboid lite version, and i couldn't get into that one either, even though it is a g…
