Very simple, engaging combat where you need to change/match attacking modes (colours) and sometimes play a mini game - ripping out a robot's core. Personally found its story meh (getting to a robot who is a threat to terra-morphing and mankind), but its dungeons were a completely different level. There are 5 in total: a dog like, massive brawler, flying drone, octopus and a sand tank. Each has a unique ability, which you use for the story missions and solving exploration riddles/obstacle. You can only have two at the same time with you, which in turn means, you'll be forced to return to previous areas to either smash rocks, or fly up, or dig up smth and so on. Plus, different frame means different attack…

I was so excited to play this game but it was so boring and slow paced I had to drop it. nothing in the gameplay loop was particularly interesting and the overall aesthetic couldn't carry it hard enough. If they released a fleshed out sequel I wouldn't mind trying it but as it is i couldn't recommend it. Play the first hour and if you like it, you'll have a good time. otherwise refund it because it wont get better than that.

It was fun only because I cheated. This game is heavy on the platforming, and I mean HEAVY. Otherwise, the vibes and gameplay are a combination of Horizon, Planet Crafter, Enslaved, and Tron. What it severely lacks is the ability to change keybindings - there isn't even a config file!. Here's hoping the sequel includes this option.

There's a reason this game is forgotten and buried in the desert wasteland it's set in.

I think this a criminally underrated plattformer.

Thank god this game doesn’t have a remaster or a sequel. Trash story with a boring atmosphere of you grinding to find some core balls to progress the story. The mechanics are trash, and Eden Tower is horribly designed. The ending would be better off killing everyone. So glad no one talks about this garbage ass game anymore. Don’t waste your time. This game will never be as good, and you’ll regret buying it.
