Absolutely one of my favorite games for a couple years now. My only issue is that once you get into certain city hall computer(s) the cases become really easy...... I could literally just sit there and go through every listing and then whenever a case comes up, the first fingerprint I already know their name, etc. I love the dystopian, gritty, feel of the game and all the little nuances of futuristic tech (turrets you can hack, stims you can surgically implant, etc). Not sure why it got some mixed reviews recently, but they are unjustified. Cheers to the developers 🍻

Do your best to not forget that you're the good guy while you are beating an old man unconscious after you mistakenly broke into his appartment.

I played this through the steam family library, and I just bought it to support it, but it is very buggy. I give a very hesitant recommendation for this game. It's very interesting and a great idea, but the bugs can strain the experience, and might ruin your enjoyment. Since I'm going to purchase it, I figured I'd also finally write a review. It doesn't feel like much is being fixed. In my experience, if you ask for help with bugs, people on the forums will: 1. Challenge you on not owning the game (again, I played through the family library, so I didn't own it at the time) 2. Tell you it works for everyone else 3. Claim you're playing an old version of the game (I was playing whatever version steam downloaded) So quite unhelpful. One of the most consistent problems I faced is that vandalism never works -- I've been through all the forum conversations and tried lots of stuff, but the world the game generated for me simply doesn't recognize when I break windows and property in an apartment, throw trash everywhere, etc. So... I was never, ever able to complete any job that expected vandalism. Major disappointment. Other bugs included weird inconsistencies with evidence, people not …
