UNBEATABLE

Although I'm someone who's not partial to rhythm games, I fully beat this game and if I could forget everything to go back through it for the first time again I would. Amazing story, great music, beautiful animation, and wonderful characters are just a few of the things that make this game truly worth trying even if your not a rhythm game player.

last level was too hard the screen was blurry

I hadn't finished the story, only halfway as my laptop somehow couldn't handle it and lags constantly, definitely optimization issue (kinda fixed?) , but the whole rhythm game still works. I spend most time in arcade, and i'll be honest, it's a bit mind boggling to handle notes coming left and right at the same time and I like the challenge, i've played (and 100%) muse dash so im kinda split whether to learn new keybinds or rely on muscle memory, the ol switcheroo to left or right does mess with my brain.

UNBEATABLE has a lot of charm and character for a rhythm game, and it makes the journey all the more worth it. I will complain that some of the timing prompts for the not-music parts are too unclear, and even in the music parts all of the extra effects can interfere with the game. And that's with reduced screen effects turned on. I understand the desire to keep things visually entertaining, but I do need to be able to actually see the upcoming note and timing or it becomes frustrating~ There's not too much of this, but enough to be worth pointing out. It is unfortunate that not all the dialogue is voiced, dropping in and out in the middle of conversations or in the middle of making a point is sub-optimal. Especially that one time in the middle of a song. Life is.. messy. Making things is messy. Feelings are messy. Communicating is messy. And that's ok. Sometimes muddling through it is the point, or gives a thing its beauty.
