Battle for the Board

If you want a really cleaver puzzle game with a really cool concept then you are going to love this game! Battle for the Board is a Chess like puzzle game. You play as Joel, a white cube who is trying to fight back against the evil King! The King sends its army of Chess pieces to try and defeat you. The enemy in this game are Chess pieces and follow the same rules as in the game of Chess. The "combat" is turn based, and you will need to be thinking at least 3 steps ahead (or if your actually smart, unlike me, 5 steps ahead). Think of this game as an all new type of Chess. This game has hours of fun and it is really challenging! If you are looking for a game that will truly make your brain hurt (in a good way) then this is the game for you! I personally don't play too many puzzle games but I had an absolute BLAST playing this game! 10/10 would play again.

After 1500 years, we finally have Chess 2 Seriously, this game is addictive, challenging, and really fun. It takes elements of chess and turns it into a mind-puzzling dungeon crawler with multiple great looking environments. The exploration, the challenges, the visuals, the game play, ALL OF IT is excellently put together in Battle for the Board.

Challenging puzzles with simple controls. Easy to pick up and play. Visually pleasing graphics, audio effects, and music. Addicting game play. I like it!
