I'll go straight into it. Yes, the voicework is...a source of entertainment in its own way. Yes, the dashing-slash attack the planes do is incredibly annoying. Yes, that first turret mission is genuinely a streak-ruiner, but three bad things aren't a dream killer. Behind those flaws lies a fun shooter, harkening back to earlier plane shoter games, that just hits the spot. it's doable in 3 hours. The story is light, but present, and the character work is actually quite good. Ackworth and Gilroy are probably the best voiced, and written characters in the game, and do stick with you. Now, i do have a bit of a cheat with the story of this game. I play this, then he first two Medal of Honor games, to beef out the WWII storyline. It's a...unique strat, but by seeing it as a sort of trilogy just helps tighten it a bit. On normal, the game does assist you with a reticule, in a similar way to Colony Wars II: Vengeance. However, it can be turned off on Hard Mode. The AI is another league of crazy. Some pilots just fly off to the edge of the map, then circle back, while others lock onto you or your allies. The only times i had difficulty with attacking something, wasn't to do with the AI…

Simply fun! Great game easy to get the hang of.
