About The Furry Protocol

You are a Soviet programmer working for a state-owned company. One day, you decide to sign a contract to participate in a project to modify the human body. After signing the contract, you are put into cryosleep for an indefinite period of time. After almost half a century, you wake up in your cryopod. You are completely alone, confused, and trying to find someone. As you walk down the hallway, you find the dead bodies of the complex's staff. Something clearly happened during your sleep, but you don't know what it was. What was the company doing for almost half a century, and what caused the complex to collapse?

Horror elements

  • The game will immerse you in an atmosphere of horror. During the passage, you will find yourself in a variety of rooms that were filled with life not so long ago and now tell the stories of the collapse of the underground complex, the death of its workers and how it was overrun by monsters.Monster design. The monsters in the game are former humans, the virus caused them to mutate by changing their bodies. Some monsters have severely deformed limbs, an open chest, the absence of some organs or the presence of additional ones.

Gameplay

  • The gameplay is tied to the study of locations in stealth. You have to hack the security systems of the complex, study various documents and read audiologs to figure out what the company has been doing for a little over forty years.
  • You will also go through cybernetic modifications of the body, which will allow you to acquire new abilities.

Mature content

The game features murder scenes, grievous bodily harm, regular violent acts, and blood.

I played the game, tried it 2times now. Soo far i would say it still needs some polishing. Its a good game, but it can get annoyed really quickly and its hard to orient here and there. The ambience is amazing, the originality of hacking is cool. But the lack of inventory, notes, hiding options and stuff like that ? It makes it hard to enjoy after several constant deaths that couldnt be avoided cause you cant hide or even run away from the monster. Still thats thing that could be changed :D I still liked the game, enjoyed playing it, and i hope to see it polished to perfection c:

This Game has been on my Wishlist for a while, I even Played the Demo on Stream. This review is based off the Demo and the small amount of playtime I have so far. The Atmosphere is perfect, the enviroments and detail is great. The Hacking kinda sucks but that just cause I suck apparently and not an actual flaw in the gameplay. This is a quality horror game and deserves the spot light.

I wanted this game since day one. I personally enjoy chaotic games like these. Where you're left up to the whims of the game. Pretty good jump scares. Would love a little more variety with the monster. 8.5/10
