In previous episodes there are 2 achievements for beating the devs score; x1 and x10 levels. The x1 is do-able but x10 is pushing it. Now there's an achievement for ALL levels !!! Totally over the top!!!

12 Labours of Hercules VI: Race for Olympus, developed by Jetdogs Studios and Zoom Out Games and published by Jetdogs Studios, continues the long-running series’ signature blend of time management, resource collection, and light puzzle-solving. This installment places Hercules and Megara on a mythic journey that begins with a mystery: Zeus has vanished, and chaos threatens to unravel Olympus itself. The narrative, though simple, serves as an enjoyable framework for a new set of levels filled with challenges and varied environments. The developers have once again woven a lighthearted sense of humor into the story, accompanied by vibrant visuals and charming animations that bring their take on Greek mythology to life. While the plot remains secondary to the gameplay, it provides a consistent and motivating sense of progression that ties the stages together effectively. The gameplay follows the classic formula that fans of the series will immediately recognize, but with refinements that make Race for Olympus one of the more polished entries. Players guide Hercules’ team of workers as they gather resources, repair roads, construct buildings, and complete objectives within time limits.…

I've played a lot of time management games over the years. All of the games from 1 to 8 in this series are my favorites. I revisit them all at least once a year. It's great that they give you the option to play 3 different types of difficulty, so if you just want a relaxed playthrough, you can do that. It's strange that the price went up so high with the following games. Maybe they are under new management? Anyway, if the price for the newer games ever gets low enough I'll give one or more of them a try. I just hope they play as well as the games I already have.

Worst one in the series so far, doing same levels over and over is painful.

Very similar to the prior games as far as tasks are concerned, with some achievements harder than before. No thieves in this release, but also higher strategy. Recommended, but perhaps not for the novices of the series.
