What Steam players say
Recent verbatim reviews from Steam — separate from playze.io community reviews below.
Players consistently criticize this game for poor execution despite some atmospheric qualities, citing broken mechanics like janky puzzle systems, malfunctioning UI, and slow camera controls that make it difficult and frustrating to play. The horror elements rely too heavily on cheap jumpscares and loud audio rather than genuine scares, while the story is hard to follow and technical issues including falling through the world detract further from the experience. Most reviewers feel the game is overpriced for what amounts to a walking simulator with minimal substance.
Yeah, so uh… This one kinda sucks. It’s a walking simulator with extremely shallow puzzle mechanics relying on cheap jumpscares and loud audio queues to instil a sense of horror. The story is hard to follow, the achievements don’t work, and I fell out of the world at one point. At first, I thought it was intentional as some kind of meta plot device, but it quickly dawned on me that it wasn’t. The fact that this costs more than a dollar is despicable.5 found this helpful
I like the style of the game but that’s where the positives end. There is no horror and its more annoying than anything. The time freeze part is kind of janky and just feels out of place. 3/10 For more short reviews check out this: https://steamcommunity.com/groups/Gaming_made_cheap5 found this helpful
Tried this game for 15 minutes but it didn't motivate me to play any further. It has a creepy atmosphere but I didn't like the way the game is executed. One example: when you look at items you see a description of the item as an overlay in your screen, but the text shows up slowly as if it's being written. I found to be very annoying and distracting. Also the puzzles didn't make sense to me. 4/10 for the creepy atmosphere.4 found this helpful

The UI is nearly impossible to navigate due to it not working properly, camera movement is far too slow. It's almost painful to play.
