EscapeVR: Trapped Above the Clouds

Feels a bit like "my first Unity project" both visually and the way it plays, but it's short and simple enough not to overstay its welcome.

Good game. I liked how if you press every button on the elevator... you had to wait for it to go to each floor :). Also the clever puzzles for solving the unlock slide puzzle and the lock pick tool. These were good games and I wonder why they stopped making them.

The game is just very bad. You can't turn around other than with your body, you have to constantly crouch to pick things from the floor... It's clear the game was not properly tested. One particular puzzle I have to stand on my knees for about 15 minutes because it was too low to check properly when standing. Awful, terrible controls for Valve Index as well, not intuitive, some objects were not working properly because of the confusing controls. And the puzzles were just... bad. Unoriginal, confusing, and some not very logical.

A little harder than Basement, less funny, but I enjoyed it, even though I had to use some hints.

I enjoy VR escape rooms, but this series is just too linear (you have to have a very specific thing to accomplish one task to move on) and they are not very clear. That made me us the tips more than once, which I hate. I am not asking for just making a game easy, on the contrary, I like a challenging puzzle, but once I find the solution, I want to say "Oh, that makes sense" and not "Damn, I was doing almost exactly that in 6 different ways, but it wanted me to do it in a very specific way" type reaction - that gets annoying.
