After both the excellent ending and devious cliffhanger of the first Fuga, I had no choice but to immediately jump into Fuga 2 with high hopes and expectations. I had very little knowledge about the sequel, and had no clue on how they would even continue based on what the previous game was. But I am here and I am happy to say that Fuga 2 is a fantastic game, brimming with the heart and soul that the developers poured into this game. It looks, sounds, plays and feels amazing in every aspect I can think of. I'd actually call it a direct upgrade in terms of game systems to the original Fuga. That is not to disrespect or put down the first game at all, and I would actually recommend you hold off on Fuga 2 until you play that first (the description says you can play without context from the previous game but I think you'd be robbing yourself of a lot of emotional investment by doing that). That being said, if you're just jumping into Fuga for the first time, you got a great turn-based RPG ahead of you I'll punctuate the start of this review by stating that as a bonus reward for clearing Fuga 1 (with the true ending), you get some goodies! I think its cute and fun that they included fun…6 found this helpful
The game's mechanics are almost identical to the first one but, since it was already an excellent proposal for turn-based JRPG lovers such as myself, this makes sure that you are going to love it, provided that you already enjoyed the first one. Do not play it unless you have already finished the first game, as it is a direct sequel and bears very heavy spoilers, especially for such a story-driven game.
fugas 2
the game takes the first fuga game and just adds more to it weather its good or bad is up to you to decide me personally i find them great it makes the game feel new but still the same i also enjoy that we can now sell and buy stuff instead of trading stuff in the last game 10/10 i love my fat chud son buron
Do NOT revive gods because these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ children will blow their ♥♥♥♥ off
As some who's beaten both the first and third game, I can safely say that this is a worthy installment. I find the challenge to be pretty big compared to three, but that's if you take the harder paths, which is the beauty of this game. You have have a lighter time playing through the game, or give yourself a challenge. The music and characters has been great three chapters in, and I'm very excited to see how this wraps up. I have some ideas, but I know CC2 will do great here. They don't miss with Little Tail Bronx.
