A cheap, simple, and sadly boring game. unfortunately not much to it other than the nice art. unless you play creative only, anyone with ocd might not find the game relaxing. Final review too much sewage in the water

HONEST REVIEW I have looked at a lot of the other reviews out there on this game and I was very disappointed. Sadly a lot of people have played similar games to this and because of that they are comparing this game to others. Having played no game like this I thoroughly enjoyed playing the game and I’ve completed it with all achievements. I played this game on steam deck which was a lovely experience being able to play such a relaxing game on the go. I have not played the other game everyone is talking about but I can 100% recommend this game, it’s nothing Triple A and it isn’t a story game that will keep you hooked for weeks but it for sure is a lovely experience and just feels really good to play. Would definitely recommend especially for the price. (P.S: I got this from a random 75 Steam key selection and so far it’s been the best out of the 75) :)

A very tentative thumbs up, but I paid less than half a buck for this one, and I have gotten my money's worth. I am hard pressed, however, to call this a game. It is all about tile-placing, with very gentle graphics and pleasant relaxing music. Some tiles need certain other tiles around them to be considered 'completed' The types I recognize are big town, small town, tall trees, wide trees, farms and light houses. Farms are the trickiest, as you seem to need the six immediate tiles around it. The rest extend out one more. Completing one of these towers gives you more tiles to play with. Easy seemed darn near infinite, but that wasn't necessarily a good thing, as you become torn between wanting to zoom out and see more of the map, and zooming in so you can recognize things. In addition I ran into an odd bug that stopped me from being able to place pieces. I could get around this by going into settings and changing to instant placement mode, which I did not want to do. The visuals are pretty nice, though you probably want to go into the settings and adjust things to make it easier to see. Sadly missing is a save option, and the zoom doesn't really let you zoom out far enough…

Do I recommend this? Sadly, no. It plays somewhat poorly and is simply an inferior version of "Dorfromantik" by Toukana Interactive. It has potential, but its buried so deep it's nearly impossible to see. To the developer: Keep working on games. I can see potential here. Perhaps something more like Townscaper by Oskar Stålberg. I can also see this style being really nice for an RTS/TBS. Overall if you really like this style, pick it up when its on a 90% sale. Anything above that isn't worth it in it's current state.
