A really charming little game! Was afraid it would have a bunch of bugs based on the reviews but the bugs I've seen haven't been game breaking. If I reload my save it usually fixes the problem. The humor is surprisingly great, really funny without trying too hard or being too cheesy. I play it on Steam Deck and it's great, already set up for controller so no fiddling with controller settings. Edit: I've finished the main story and all the side quests and am happy to report there were no game breaking bugs! Really sweet little game. It could explain some things better but you can probably find the help you need online.4 found this helpful
This game is a slow paced game, perfect when one wants to contemplate and go slowly. But you have some tasks to do in couple of days (in the gameworld). It is about fishing, cooking and taking care of a small coastline village in Canada, all that by discovering information about a drama.2 found this helpful
One of the more charming and heartfelt games I've played, with a nice graphics style and fun fishing and cooking mechanics. The lore is also really nicely done. It's just a shame that there is a persistent issue for me where the game stutters and lags very badly the further I progress in it. Around the middle of Chapter 3 is when it becomes so bad that it's unplayable. When I check how much processing power it's using, it's a huge amount, even though I exceed the minimum requirements to run the game. It seems unoptimized, and unfortunately it looks like they haven't pushed updates in a long while. If it weren't for this it would easily give it the best review possible.1 found this helpful
very sad to report that i tried to play this without a controller and it is genuinely impossible. i'm not sure how much better the controls would be with a controller, but if you only have access to a keyboard, i would not recommend this game1 found this helpful
listen, when i tell you i cant move at all i am not joking. All i can do i spin my character real fast like a middle age bay blade on god on god, i have tried everything, restarting the game files 5 TIMES IN A ROW problem still there, delete and download again PROBLEM STILL THERE, restarting my pc PROBLEM STILL THERE, I RESTART THE ELECTRICITY ON MY WHOLE HOUSE AND PROBLEM STILL THERE. i have ran out of things to restart so with a ache on my heart i must not recommend this game (unless you have more things that you can restart) hopefully the developer of this game will find a calling in my very very and i mean VERY serious and intimidating review to fix the bugs in this game. have a blessed day folks
Graphics are awful, controls are awful, and I'm not even talking about constant bugs. The game gives only hints at what you need to do; there are so many questions while playing, and even wiki can't help with answering them. The idea had some potential, but unfortunately, the realization is just awful.
