Nothing amazing but it has a few really good levels. A fun way to kill a few hours if you're into platformers
A pretty fun platformer The movement is pretty tight The level design makes great use of the given moveset The artstyle and animation is pretty nice The base game is a bit on the easier side but the post game levels does included a lot of challenging levels Overall enjoyed this game a bit
This is better in every way compared to the original. It's like a remake of a game that doesn't need one. I wonder why it exists. It's easier than OG because the controls and camera are much better and precise. If you haven't played original, play this one instead. If you have played the original, this is still like a different game with same story characters, the levels seems to be totally reworked.
New Super Lucky’s Tale is one of those games I mostly associate with my girlfriend, and honestly, it is adorable. It is bright, cute, colorful, and has that classic 3D platformer charm that feels easy to love. You run around as a little fox, collect things, explore levels, solve light puzzles, and do the kind of wholesome platforming nonsense that makes a game feel cozy without being boring. Watching my girlfriend play it made me appreciate how charming it is. It has that simple, playful energy where you do not need to overthink everything. You can just jump in, bop around, collect shiny things, and enjoy a cute little adventure without the game demanding your entire soul as payment. The worlds are fun, the character design is sweet, and Lucky himself is ridiculously cute. It feels like the kind of game that knows it is meant to be cheerful and approachable, and it leans into that. It is not trying to be some massive, dramatic, emotionally devastating masterpiece.
