Ninja Turdle

Poop Metroidvania. I'm surprised how much I actually liked this game, and how well it's build. The art will probably keep a lot of people away but it's not so bad when you get in to it. The ingame map could use some work since it can be a bit hard to read. (However, I don't understand the title because the only "ninja" thing is the bandanas. Sure "Ninja Turdle" is a fun phun...)

Ninja Turdle is a joke game, it's a garbage 2D retro pixel platformer with repettive "toilet" themes which reveals an unfortunate fixation on the minds of the developers. Gameplay consists of platforming through a satire of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but with an obsessive fascination from the developers about toilets. At least for their sake I'm hoping this is a joke. A choice was made to use obsolete, decades old retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers. Looks good, feels good, sounds good, doesn't overplay the humor. I have nothing but nice things to say about this game. Very challenging if you crank up the difficulty, but at the same time quite accessible on Easy mode. Fun post game stuff. Worth way more than the asking price. Give it a whirl.

(a little Bias Dev is a Friend but honest review) This Game has a Dope Soundtrack, Being Made by One Dev is Amazeballs, I love Super Metroid, This game is Super Metroid with a Mr. Poopy Butt Anatomy Theme Park in Stead of a Space Pirates and a Planet to explore. The Game is a little harder than Super Metroid though because I beat SUper Metroid but i can't get past the 2nd Boss in Ken's Game, ignore the Review about the Toilet Humor that guy is a loser with no sense of humor this is a great game the Dev (Twitch Streamer Kentroid ) (give him a follow) is a wonderful person with a great sense of humor and is working on updates for the game as i type this review.. This game is funny, colorful, and a good time! and you did throw in the CoronaVirus DLC for free!! so actually $4.99 is perfectly reasonable . It's a fun game. I mean it aint Super Meatboy but its good!and Definitely fun! Did I mention it was fun :)
