It is a small tale about something dark and something sad. It is a good tale, about something hopeful and something small. And how even when the world seems dark, and scary, and sad, and much too large, the impacts of your actions when you seek to do good can be even larger. I smiled. It was bittersweet. I'd do it again.

Folklore, exploration, creatures, in a puzzle-adventure narrated tale

It's a little creepy and eerie but cute game. Nice if you like folklore with a dark tinge, but nothing terrifying. A really cool game and story. Any nitpick I'd have would be the saturation of the colors. The visuals are a really interesting blend of painterly 2d and 3d but the grey scale can make some things easy to miss. Some of the puzzles aren't the most intuitive. Great game otherwise. Give it a try if you liked Hilda growing up.
