Orc Raid is a 3D rendered first person wave survival shooter/brawler. It's extremely shallow, all you do is move around a small map as waves of copy + pasted Orc assets come at you. This kind of looks like it might have a lot of stock assets being flipped in it, but it's not a direct 1:1 pure asset flip even if it is using someone elses assets. Anyway, deeply shallow gameplay is matched with a deeply mediocre implementation with poor quality gameplay, awful sound effects, comedy rapid fire bow and arrow (these guys don't know how bows and arrows work, they aren't machine guns). From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The game features lazy low-polygon "retro" assets, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the mid 2000s. It's unclear why the developers weren't able to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets for the game, and also irrelevant... what matters is that this looks bad as a result of their decisions, a compromise PC gamers shouldn't have to put up with. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the …2 found this helpful
......................WHAT THE UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGH Well any way this game is a pretty glitchy game first off I will talk about the graphics the style to me looks like a cartoon which I think is pretty good for the game as well as the Cran berry that comes out of orks or you know Blood but yes orks just get ripped apart sometimes by A BOW AND ARROW so lets talk about weapons the weapons are pretty good for this game not gonna lie because the weapons you get a sword and also you get shield to protect yourself from enemies you get a bomb and like elementle staffs I guess Idk But yep ork raid is I guess kinda a good game for that gameplay but now its all about the glitches BOSSES sometimes dont spawn and enemies spawn above you I remember one level I spent around 15 minutes on looking for the orks because they were above me some of them did not spawn also I want to talk about the story its actually a cool concept but its pretty boring because theres build up for the end and the end boss is like GLITCHED I managed to beat the game and was not really happy about you know the glitch WHICH I WANT THERE TO BE THE SIDE I like this and hate it1 found this helpful
completed in 2 hrs thanks to trainer ok game with little bug on second level where orc are stuck flying or in ground
Its a walmart version of "Orcs Must Die!"
Yeah....I'm an Orc SLAYERRRRRRRR
Endless Orc genocide fun with no Orc UN to intervene and sanction you. Few bugs, you cant do anything in the main menu when in campaign for some reason, not even exit. When in survive mode if there are at one point too many orcs spawned, you may suffer a frame rate drop. And the last one was Orcs trapped in the sky in Chapter Three, where you then have to be a little creative to kill them and be able to progress to the next level. But even with all this mentioned, the game is actually quite fun and a great pass time, worth the price it costs.
