Good game.

Wonderful lil turn-based, single-player strategy game, feels like a fast-paced Civ game that at first seems pretty easy, but demands high efficiency to actually get the victory at the end.

I think this might be my first review. This is one of those games that I keep coming back to. In all honesty, I pirated this game some years ago and that's where i've put the vast majority of my hours. I wanted to support the dev and also clean up my PC so buying it on Steam was a no-brainer. This game is a very chill city-management strategy that is secretly a time-management game. To be completely honest, when you really get the hang of the game and understand the mechanics it becomes apparent just how much luck plays a part in how successful your run is, and i've seen guides for perfect runs that detail save-scumming over and over and over again just to RNG the right variables to get a perfect run. So to summarise, RNG dictates your success far too much the deeper you understand the game. HOWEVER, I still find it very peaceful and satisfying to replay and i'm not entirely sure why. It's a combination of the music, the sound effects, the visuals, the simple UI and simple gameplay that combine into a game that feels like a hot chocolate at 11pm on a weeknight.
