I am solo developer and i created this over the timespan of little bit under 2 years. This is my first game so, assume it to be far from perfect. I still think fans of walking sims who are into brutalist architecture, megastructures and liminal spaces will enjoy their time here.

Walking through empty spaces forces us to confront fragments of our own subconscious, a sensation similar to when our beloved childhood wardrobe transformed into a monster when the lights went out. Project Structure is an experience laden with surrealism and a touch of brutalism, placing us in a minimalist and sensory atmosphere, without resorting to cheap scares as crutches.25 found this helpful
This game really nails a particular minimalist and brutalist noir atmosphere. The lighting and use of shadows is so pronounced in the dark dithered art style that it makes every turn feel dramatic and intimidating. It felt like I was in an episode of The Twilight Zone lost in some megastructure laden world while being watched by it. I also particularly liked the duck theming and the other things that would spoil the game in a review. But if you like atmospheric walking sims and megastructure games, you owe yourself to check this one out.15 found this helpful
Not bad, though the ducks took me out of the mood a little at times. 7/10 My curators page: https://store.steampowered.com/curator/45665580-Dark-Surreal-Ps1Grafics-Weird-Deep-Games/3 found this helpful
Do you know why current generation games feel bland? It's because they lack "design". Both visually and in level layouts. Their aesthetics don't strike as good and nothing feels like strolling Deus Ex/Half Life levels. project_Structure_01 excels in both of these areas. Visuals focus on light and shape, conveyed through brutalist architecture and it's done really well. After a few levels I was thinking "wow, I wish my house was designed by this guy". The levels are also done really well, your traversal flows through them without blocks or trying to figure out your way through the exit. Which I really appreciate, as it's been some time since I played an exploration game without having to stress about the route... I pretty much stumbled upon them. There are also environmental hints all around which I also loved. There are some fair share of optional secrets/sights. Some are guided by hints, some found through testing random stuff and strolling around. I know there are some places I saw but haven't managed to reach -yet-. For the story/lore, it gives you an overall idea about the setting with a few unnerving moments but they have some windup before happening WHICH I'M REALLY GRATE…3 found this helpful
A walking sim with Brutalist mega structures and some vague lore drops for you to interpret. It isn't hard to absorb yourself under the imposing architecture, as there is always seemingly a corner left unseen. Surprisingly, despite how maze-like the structures are, I was able to comfortably explore a large part of each chapter without backtracking too much. I found it calming watching the landscape unfold into a bleak near featureless backdrop. Distant geometric patterns that impose a far greater scale than what the game can offer. All of it reminds me vaguely of BLAME!. However I do not enjoy the ducks that much.3 found this helpful
A really fun game with great levels and makes you feel accomplished for finding new areas. Also the ducks are peak2 found this helpful
