BRUTALISMUS: Dystopia

Poorly made game using AI generated assets without disclosing it. If I'd known this was just lazy ai slop, I wouldn't have bought it.

This must be the worst ai slop game ive played in years, it looks like its been made in 3 hours in a rush, not even worth the two bucks that ive spent for it, don't buy.

Runs horribly, settings menu doesn't work, head-bobbing animation is terrible.

I wanted to like this, I really did. I love David Lynch's work and arthouse in general - I typically sum up a chunk of my personal art/media/entertainment and even philosophical interest as "wierd & freaky sh*t". I have been really into surreal walking sims lately, so I thought I'd give this a spin while it's on sale - although these Unity walking sims are never worth money, which isn't a slight, just reality. (I'd recommend Off-Peak very highly, as well as With Shining Eyes; each only takes 20 minutes. Awkward Dimensions Redux if you can get passed the teen angst, but I digress...) I don't recommend this because of two specific issues: 1) I feel slightly mislead as to what I thought the game was going in; the descriptions was not entirely clear that this was a "world-shifting"/level-based thing. I believed it was a linear walking sim in the sense of no transition or loading screens - just one open space not unlike Off-Peak or Babbdi. 2) I got stuck on the first bit with the long pathway and the buildings on either side; I was ultimately just cycling between the four different "worlds". Sorry, I can't recommend this. I have a low bar when it comes to enjoying Megastructure games but there are just too many issues here.
