They've reMARStered this and it's just as good. Very punny, not at all ridiculous. Destruction in this game is still top tier, story is pretty pants.

Always a fun game to play when you wanna demolish things in many ways, the story is okay. I finished the game on Nintendo Switch.

I have been using Steam for single-player games almost 20 years, but I cannot recommend that anyone give money to this company with their existing update policy. No amount of game enjoyment can offset the number of times that Steam has completely broken a working game with their forced modifications. So long as long as Steam maintains an automatic forced unskippable update policy, no one should ever buy any games on this platform.

There are many games out there where it's "style over substance" and are noticeably lacking while being visually appealing. Red Faction: Guerrilla is kinda-sorta something like that, but not really; though if you do somehow prefer this game's art direction over most others, then I'm sure you'll find it just as entertaining to watch paint dry, but I envy you for being so easily impressed. I consider this to be more of a "Hell Yeah" type game: basic all-around, and immensely lacking in substance, but focused moreso on the idea of selling that you're playing as the main character of an action movie doing cool, action movie-type things the whole way through. Why? Who cares. Snipers are killing the colonists, and you have to sprint across a small colony to take them out while the EDF sends hordes of soldiers at you, and each and every single structure is getting torn up by gunfire and explosions. You like tanks? Here, have one that can fire a whole barrage of missiles. Wanted system? Yep, go nuts. This is pretty much just vaguely Communist/Socialist Grand Theft Auto on Mars with Battlefield-like destruction. It's basic, like a battle shonen manga, or a hamburger. It's absolutely just p…
