I played a civ 5 and civ 6 game back to back. The difference is astounding. The AI of Civ 6 is a terrible unfunny joke. Its a push over compared to the civ 5 AI. Civ 6 is a game of click through pointless menus and moving pointless levers around and for some building buildings inside buildings making building a city tedious, annoying, and unenjoyable. I also find it funny that the entire game I play peacefully then the AI declares war then the game labels me a war monger. For what? Existing? At the time I owned exactly 3 military units and it was mid-late game, so thats kinda funny the game worked that way. Ontop of that, with those 3 units I pummeled the AI. In Civ 5 this would be entirely impossible. In Civ 5 the AI only declares war when it has a hope of at least capturing a city, in Civ 6 the AI declares war for seemingly no reason and whilst not having an army. The AI also lets barbarians rome freely through their cities even in the very late game. Seriously? How!?! WHY!?1 found this helpful
