Wonder Ball stays true to this beloved mechanic and gives players multiple options on how to deal with crates. Wonder Ball is an action-packed 3D platformer where you explore five worlds of Cyberland. Every world is essentially a massive hub, full of platforming levels, combat arenas, many collectibles, and secrets. Choose your level of exploring at the start of the game or change it anytime during gameplay by customizing markers shown on the compass. Or turn the compass off completely and become a true explorer!Every hub is filled with numerous collectibles of different kinds. Collecting coins will help you get extra repair kits and gems will grant you extra shields which will become vital while fighting in combat arenas. Collected microchips can be used to upgrade Wonder Ball’s abilities and become a real threat to the Virus and its bots.

Nice simple 3D platformer with a bit of action on the side and tons of content. Actually, I think the main downside here might be too much content, at least for what it is. Otherwise, I don't have much to complain about here. Fun mechanics, good graphics, no technical problems. There is some challenge to it, but if you are experienced player who is not ragequitting every game after the first death, then I think you'll be fine. And especially if you enjoy collect-a-thons, this game might just be for you.2 found this helpful

Polished game mechanics, but the level designs are just frustrating. It's just not fun to play.
"Wonder Ball" is, believe it or not, quite a bit far away from being one of the worst games on Steam. That might seem like high praise, but we have to remember ever since Steam Direct happened, Steam is full of junk. Being pretty tall for a midget earns no awards. And, weirdly, this was made by an actual developer from what I can tell, because a few things are done... okayish. Like you get custom settings and the game isn't a completely bug riddled disaster. This game "works" insofar as you can play it... but here we reach the first of the problems... there's not much reason to want to. What do you do in the game? Aimless 3D rolling ball platforming (looks like it's straight off a game template) and a little rolling around and shooting lightning at some robots for whatever reason. Collecting boxes, too. Why? Nobody cares. The game is really simple and unambitious in terms of implementation, more of a tech demo or one of those cases where an amateur developer spends $100 to publish something on Steam Direct to see if it's possible. Yes, obviously it's possible. A proof of concept, tech demo, or something that's less than a little blip on the radar isn't offering anything …
I would like this game if I could even play it! Whenever I start up a new save file, it leaves me hanging indefinetly, when I load a save file, the game doesn't load up correctly. I would like it, if I could play it.
