Good game, quite in depth None of the jank you would find in stormworks or similar games, it's like a breath of fresh air The devs are pretty active too, and actually listen to feedback The good: Aerodynamics are pretty good, planes feel like planes, air feels like air rather than jello, and the system is shared between all fluids, so you can easily make hydrofoils There's ground effect, so ekranoplans are possible Space behaves like space, like KSP, reentry heating will kill you if your vehicle isn't properly designed There's not only blocks but triangles and struts, so you aren't limited to basic shapes in building Both visual and code programming feel pretty nice and intuitive to use Multiplayer that actually works, and is stable, something stormworks could never achieve in it's many years of development The not so good: Driving physics aren't great, could use some work A good number of bugs related to docking Some fluid densities aren't realistic Majority of the documentation is ai generated, very sad

i dont understand how a game this simple cant break 60fps on a 3070 with 32gb of ram but whatever dude the aerodynamics are trash the reflection slop is headache inducing and i'd have a better time using a broomstick to steer a tractor in deep space with no eyeballs

This game is beyond exceptional, I couldn't recommend it enough. I bought it at first because i was starting to learn how to code, and this game provided the perfect environment to see instant results of what the code produces, and how to interact with machines with the code. I completely give this game most of the credit for how much my knowledge of coding has improved over time, and other topics such as aerodynamics and nuclear power. I'm definitely no expert in any of these, but needing the knowledge to improve my base and vehicles provided the right amount of push to learn more. The game runs super smooth with amazing graphics, and 99% of the time when i thought i encountered a bug it was usually me messing up the code or wiring something the wrong way. There has been a very minor bug or two that I've noticed, but they were soon fixed afterwards and weren't any issue. When I play this game, it never feels like time wasted, I always feel like I've learned more and accomplished something, even when it's as simple as getting my car doors to swing the right way automatically when I exit it. I thoroughly look forward to every update, and hope that this gem gets more awareness …

Space Engineers refugee here who really enjoys this game!

If the complexity of stationeers, met the raw physical potential of space engineers/stormworks, you would have this awesome game! its like a sandbox where trial by fire is king! this is not for the faint of heart, its for those who enjoy making something not because the game told you to, but because you think its cool! it requires you to come up with your own problems to solve, but thankfully to get you started, you must mine everything to create things in adventure mode, and your problems to solve could be as simple as generating power, to reaching another planet/moon! it seems temperature, pressure etc are all things that matter here, so far i have made myself jump when i overheated a canister of water, (it went boom/pop and broke my surrounding structures) it also seems larger booms happen from different fill types (O2, H2, fuel/oil etc) so far my tests have been limited, and admittedly the programming is what's taken my time atm. i have seen simpler, but at the same time this game has a pretty simple code syntax/visual node system, that with enough prodding/poking around you can figure it out. there's enough documentation, and in game help to guide you. though i have yet to o…
