Striving for Light: Survival

Difficulty curve is way too high. One of my least favorite bullet heavens

One of the better Survivor-likes out there, an absolute blast to play. It has a gigantic skill tree reminiscent of Path of Exile's, its an awesome addition to the game. Definitely buy if you are a fan of the genre or just good games.

Striving for Light: Survival is a charming little bullet hell roguelike with a nice art style, though the animations feel rather stiff. If you can look past that, the game offers plenty of weapons, skills, and combinations to experiment with, along with a supposedly “endless” skill tree reminiscent of Path of Exile. The downside is that it isn’t nearly as endless or diverse as advertised — most choices boil down to either more damage or more critical strike chance, which I personally find uninspired (just as in PoE). Still, it’s an enjoyable game that can easily keep you entertained for dozens of hours if you’re a fan of the genre. 🎮✨ Video: https://youtu.be/JYehf8lTCyY

Can't play co-op both players sharing the keyboard. Can't seem to rebind controller. Solo & co-op mode doesn't seem to make a difference. In co-op mode, player 1 keyboard bindings seem to ignore changes made, only uses default bindings. Similar issue(s) in the other game (Striving for Light).

Best survivor-like.
