里面每个角色都塑造得很棒，始终贯彻自己心中正义且杀伐果断的尤利，暴躁傲娇的瑞塔，善良的艾丝缇尔，一路成长的卡洛尔，还有茱蒂丝（对不起光顾着看腿了）……每个角色都鲜活立体。 剧情方面整体还算在线，虽然有些地方节奏慢了点，但至少撑得住整个世界观。比较喜欢的是每当以为要与同伴分离的时候，往往很快就会再次相遇。 可是这游戏的任务指引是真的一点都没有！！ 有些地名我真记不住，每次接完任务就只给你一句话，整个地图翻来覆去找路，这方面我直接给 0分！

Top tier Tales in my book. I could live without the then obligatory child characters, but even those aren't so bad in this one.

This is a decent but overly bloated game. It suffers from most of the classic JRPG pitfalls: rough graphics, lackluster gameplay, and an early-game combat experience that’s nothing short of a disaster. Every character action has massive wind-up and recovery animations with zero poise, meaning a single enemy hit can easily chain into a combo that leaves you on the brink of death. Things get playable later on as you level up and unlock new abilities. The progressing story and well-developed characters also help you get invested, and the game's strengths finally start to shine as the experience improves. The problem is that the campaign is just way too long. As of right now, I’m still a good distance from the ending, and I’m looking at a total playtime of over 100 hours. Honestly, this game system can only support about 30 hours of engaging gameplay; everything beyond that relies entirely on the story to carry the weight. And even the story isn't flawless. After a teammate’s betrayal was resolved with them instantly rejoining the party and getting instantly forgiven, my immersion was completely shattered. Suddenly, all those gameplay flaws were laid bare. I found myself getting genuin…

I think this game is OK but nothing more. It barely scrapes by for a recommendation here. The combat is alright and picks up later in the game, story is pretty simplistic and a little bland, like the cast for the most part, explorable overworld is kinda lame and uninteresting but individual locations have some charm, and the pacing can feel slow. Some annoyances worth mentioning - Typical JRPG issue where they constantly repeat established things in dialogue like we can't remember anything. - The same power of friendship ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ you've seen countless times alongside the same "I'm gonna do x thing alone" "No wait we will all come with you" scene played out 1000 times during the story. Very grating. - Never ending "Old Man" jokes that were not really funny the first time I heard one and sure as hell weren't for the hundredth time. - The bloom and/or whatever other effects are turned up to 11 and have this disorienting double outline around everything depending on the scene making you feel like you have double vision. - There is simply too much unnecessary dialogue.
