TEVI

TEVI is to Rabi Ribi what Metroid Prime 4 is to Metroid Prime. Instead of exploration, and fun puzzles, and a world to travel at your leisure, you get one ways. And hallways. And every bit of your toolkit locked away behind story. You will follow the path, you will not deviate, and you will only be allowed to get most of your sidegrades, because calling them upgrades is questionable, once the game finally takes off the leash. Instead of interesting plot and meaningful characters, you just get so many characters, the game actually forgets about them as soon as they're no longer on screen. All those plot points the game brings up? That's it. They're points. They're not connected to anything. Don't get me wrong, Rabi Ribi didn't exactly have much of a story either, but this game expects you to try to take it seriously. They even had voice acting for it. And it is just SO bad. I wanted to like this game. I absolutely adored Rabi Ribi, so to find out this was coming was like finding out someone is baking you a second giant cake... Except that's not chocolate frosting that cake. It was never chocolate. And the actual cake is just cardboard and disappointment.

Good game, very responsive combat, extremely customizable playstyle (perhaps too customizable because there are 257 unique "charms" you can find and choose to equip), a stupidly large map to discover (like around 40 areas), and a serviceable story that spends too little time with the characters they introduce. Compared to Rabi-Ribi, TEVI is much, much, much more linear, and also more action-oriented with easier bullets to dodge than whatever the Rabi-Ribi bosses are cooking. Say, a normal difficulty in Rabi-Ribi is equivalent to hard or hard+ in TEVI. Nonetheless, it's still a very polished game where you have to use every single tool at your disposal to dodge bullets and beat up bosses at whatever difficulty you desire.

Here for the bunni girl but got a great story, a kat and kusogakis. It is pretty funny to see the english tl is more tame than the jp voice.

Amazing game Good quality and details are good. I would recommend to friends and others too. So far game been really good, good story line too.

A very strong recommend from me. It plays really well, the presentation is stylish and characters colorful. The progression is quite meaningful and both the world and the build options open up nicely. I've not had a single technical issue so far either. Overall I'm enjoying it a lot right now, and I don't foresee this changing.

I was a little slow on figuring out the controls but once I did, WOW what a great game to play. The movement flows easily and attacks have punch that you can feel once you get a few skills unlocked. I have only made it to Chapter 2 for the story, but so far it's been fantastic every minute that I've played!
