Apartus tells the story of Randall Colaric, a young man who decides to leave the monotonous life in his village to try to find one of the most powerful artifacts ever, the lost relic of King Joord. This adventure will take our hero to explore different places full of mysteries and secrets, in order to do so and find clues about the location of the powerful relic. During the adventure, Randall will encounter faithful allies and powerful enemies during his journey.
Featuring a classic turn-based combat, explore the possibilities that a wide variety of skills, weapons, armor and items have to offer.

Oh boy. I love old-school RPG games and this looked like just one. I wanted to like this one too. But I can't. - Poor optimizations: It looks like an old RPG and loads like one too. Sometimes the game needs 15 sec to load one screen and sometimes it starts lagging, like I used to play it on my Pentium 3. Lovely - No autosave. You have to do it manually. Old school, but ok. Then a random crash deletes your save game. Lovely. - Random encounters. They are really common after you pick up your buddy. I leveled up to level 7 in an instant because they were everywhere. You have to fight 3 times to cross one scene. It makes backtracking so much fun... But more fun, my weapons were level one and I couldn't buy a better one, so I hit 12 and the enemy hit 70 in the end. Lovely. - Oh leveling? Don't bother. It is auto-level, you can't choose a thing. Very old-school. But you have skill points that you don't know how to use. Lovely. - Questing? Old-school fetch quest. Bring 3 venison. You complete the quest and you keep the venison because it is a bug. But hey! At least you can keep those instead of your save-file. Lovely. - Interface? Old-school. It is hard to read or navigate. Yea its not great. For the price I thought it wasnt bad... played a little crashed a bit, restarted, saved it, went to bed. Came back the following day and the save games were all gone.
