About Galactic Gladiators
"Galactic Gladiators" is a 2D top-down shooter game. You control a spaceship and face off against hordes of enemies as you progress through levels. At each level, you can choose a card that will grant unique abilities to help you defeat your opponents. Additionally, you can collect crystals to upgrade your ship or buy a new and more powerful one. The ultimate goal is to get as far as possible, defeating bosses and facing increasingly challenging obstacles. Test your combat skills in space with "Galactic Gladiators".
At the start, the player only begins with the basic attributes of the starting ship.
At the end of each round, the player can choose a new skill card to use passively in the next level.
The game features:
- 3 ships.
- 19 card options.

Doesn't seem like much of game. As near as I can tell, you start with all the cards, so there is no collecting involved. After every wave you get to picks one of three as upgrades, or take a few crystals. I din't see anyway between games to upgrade your ship other than to buy one of the better ones, of which there are only two, and my gosh are they expensive. I guess you would need to play thirty very repetitive games to buy the first one. Gameplay pretty much consists of flying in a circle and shooting into the middle of a pretty small arena. You don't even have a fire control, you just auto-fire, one bullet every second or so. Just total blah, as is, one thumb down. At least everything seems to work.1 found this helpful
