10/10 game i went into the mines, broke into someones house checked their freezer because why not found 3 tubs of finnish ice cream ate all of it immediately, then immediately ♥♥♥♥ my self leaving a turd in the middle of their kitchen and then run out where i then die of hygiene seriously tho i really liked infra and i loved its plot and i am loving this game for just more of the same plot line, even though its in early access. i was worried about just the style of the game as i dont really play survival games and i was worried about the grind but man the grind feels so good not too fast where the milestones feel lessened but fast enough not to be boring, this game walks the line of taking itself too seriously and not serious enough and i love it for that. kinda sad that updates take a long time but they put their heart and soul into it and its really quality work, especially because i play on linux and i was on the public playtest because i really wanted to play the bazaar update (i bought the game 3 months ago or so and havent touched it waiting for this update lol) and i have only had a single crash this entire time

I haven't played long yet but its a satisfying progression. I did have to look up a couple things because there is a bit of a learning curve. The game gives quests, but is very open to you doing anything you want, and you can even forget the quests exist. There's a HUGE difference in game play depending on your beginning selections. My husband is coasting through with 100% mental health and I'm struggling in mine with permanently low mental health and constant survival needs depletion (we are on the same difficulty level), but I'm enjoying the challenge and slowly starting to get it under control. There's very different styles of gameplay, too. He had hardly touched his tenement and made good money selling stolen goods, while getting mine up and running for steady income was my main focus. He has a can opener, and I don't.. I have an axe and he doesn't lol. I'm sure some tools are static and can be found in the world if you know where to look but we were both new and didn't know to pay attention to those things. He finally found the axe, but I haven't found the can opener yet so I'm stuck to eating other things for now... Which caused me to start a rat farm and take advantage of th…

great game

I like the grittiness of the game. Getting enough money and resources can be difficult without resorting to desperate measures. I like the fact you can raise chickens instead of rats or cats for a food source. I've been watching several YouTubers playing this game (Aavak, Splitsie, Closet Yeti, Vormithrax and a few others) and it really intrigued me so I bought the game when it was on sale.
