although this title doesnt in any way come close to the greatness of the Nascar Racing series of old or the old EA Sports Nascar titles, and it is somewhat fictional in cars and tracks, it still can provide a bit of fun and challenge. I whilst it can take a few laps to properly overtake an opponent, i would thought just like to see the AI do a little more overtaking of their own,

First of all I'll say this game has potential to be a decent racing game. But the hardest part of the game is getting use to the controls since it is not controller compatible. I literally got all 14 achievements in 30 minutes.... That was uneventful.... The AI when packed together on the tighter tracks sound like a swarm of bees and when you figure out the oath they use you can easily move around them because the AI follows an exact path and does not move for you like normal racing games. The tracks are off brand Nascar tracks like Martinsville, Bristol, Slinger, and one that is like a mix of North Wilkesboro and Charlotte. Do not pay full price for this game. Graphics wise for what it is it isnt the worst. The leaderboard for this game is insane.

Saturday Night Racing is a retro-inspired arcade racing game developed and published by JBSIMWORKS that channels the energy of classic stock car competition into a straightforward but entertaining racing experience. Built around local short-track motorsports and old-school driving game design, the title avoids excessive simulation complexity and instead focuses on close competition, quick races, and the excitement of fighting for position lap after lap. It embraces a style that feels intentionally nostalgic while still offering enough structure and challenge to keep races engaging over longer sessions. The game draws heavily from grassroots American racing culture where smaller oval circuits and tightly packed competition create intense racing conditions. Unlike modern racing simulators that prioritize technical realism and endless vehicle adjustments, Saturday Night Racing focuses on making competition accessible from the beginning. Players are placed directly into races where maintaining momentum, controlling corners, and finding overtaking opportunities become the foundation of success. The oval track design creates one of the game’s strongest qualities. Racing on smaller circ…

This game falls short of the older Nascar games that it resembles. Beware, there's very little content in this game. You get less than twenty paint schemes and around 10 low-quality tracks. Races get frustrating fast because most of the time the AI cars just smash into you and then the only option is to restart and repeat. The game's graphics are extremely outdated. Not the biggest issue compared to the lack of content, but it's noteworthy. There's no yellow flags, no pit stops, and not even rolling starts. It's more frustrating than it is fun because of the poor AI and lack of basic content & features. The game needs a full overhaul for physics, graphics, new modes, and the basic Nascar game features. I'm a Nascar fan and love the idea of the game but it's just not a fun racing experience in its current state.

There is some potential with this game, It's very bare-bones but I can see how good this idea can be if there were tire wear and damage. Better AI and cautions would go a long way too. I didn't play the game very long but the issues struck me quickly, non reactive AI basically acts like you're not there. I like the foundation of it but i really hope you are continuing to work on this, if i see bigger updates I'll be happy to give it another shot
