Lead a desperate handful of survivors through a dark Slavic-inspired world consumed by The Darkness, managing your village's defenses and resources while exploring a procedurally generated realm filled with mythological horrors. This turn-based survival game blends strategic hex-based combat with a complex card battle system, village management, and branching narratives where diplomacy, stealth, and cunning often prove mightier than the sword.
The game combines turn-based strategic gameplay with the tension and grit of a rogue-like, a captivating story you can uncover through a series of in-game events, and a unique combat system based on a complex card battle game.
The wide range of gameplay features allows you to proceed through the world of Thea the way you prefer. You can choose to stay in your village and build up defenses, or you can go out and explore the world. Conflicts can be resolved through assassination, stealth, diplomacy, hunting, and various other ways depending on the skills your people possess. Fighting is not your only solution to conflict!

amazing game! love it!
Fantastic "One more Turn" game. Has some rough edges but all in all I recommend this game wholeheartedly. My rating 8/10, just one more turn aaand it's past midnight again.
Just awesome to dive into the world, never knowing what might happen next. Multiple ways to strategize add a lot of deapth to this game. Love it.
Just a fun little game. Quite enjoyed it
Still holds up in 2026! I'm not sure how to describe Thea, its a 4x but the focus isn't your settlement its your people, as you craft gear and hunt down resources etc. The story and lore is a good read in a setting I wasn't familiar with before hand and there are multiple routes you can choose to specialise. Overall I really enjoyed it.
