Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition

This game is not in a playable state. I was really engrossed in the story and excited to keep playing, but the textures kept swapping with other things and the game kept crashing. I found a fan fix mod for the bugs in the game and it really helped for a while. Even then the game would crash regularly and I'd have to go back from the previous save which was really frustrating. The story was really engaging and I would love to keep playing, but it's not worth buying with all the bugs.

I can't get this game to work without crashing every 20 minutes. I've tried a few of the community fixes, but it isn't worth additional troubleshooting.

This game essentially does not run without using mods. My copy has a glitch in which I cannot use the dropdown menus which means i cannot alter any settings. I have tried multiple configurations to fix this to no avail. There is a mission in which you must use the 'tactics' feature to continue and without functional dropdown menus it creates an impassible state where I have to force quit the game. It really is almost unplayable which is sad because my friends love the series and I really wanted to engage in this franchise.

There's no Cassandra or Josephine unlike Inquisition, still a great rpg though, and Leliana so adorable in this game

Great game, old school. I played this million times, worthy each one of them. And is the best game of the Dragon Ages ones, dark, serious and great characters.

Peak game, great story, and world. Crashes a lot, so look into the patch before you play.
